Sky News host Rowan Dean says the “plan all along” has been to implement measures in response to the coronavirus, including lockdowns, restrictions on work and travel bubbles, which will eventually be imposed to battle climate change.
“That’s the plan, that’s been the plan all along. This is not some wacko conspiracy theory because they keep telling us time and time again,” he said.
“Even Prince Charles has said we must use all the levers available to us that were used in COVID in order to fight the climate crisis,” he said.
“In other words, lockdowns, putting small businesses out of work, making sure you can’t travel a couple of kilometres out of your home.”
